Geomatics Engineering Technology
Surveying and photogrammetry are essential to many phases of industrial and business development including construction, natural resource exploration and development, and mapping. Surveying techniques have become more sophisticated through the use of electronic devices and computers so that shape, size and location of objects or landmasses can be determined with precision and speed.
Prerequisites
- Provide transcripts indicating Grade 12 English or English 12 First Peoples, Grade 12 Math (Principles), Grade 11 Physics or Grade 11 Chemistry or Grade 11 Earth Sciences; or
- Completion of NLC Writing Assessment, Calculus Readiness Assessment, Canadian Adult Achievement Test or other applicable assessments.
